DMUT Invitation Authorization Terms

These Terms apply when access to DMUT is granted by invitation code, directed invitation or manual review. They form part of the DMUT User Service Agreement and control invitation authorization matters where there is a conflict. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Eligibility and issue

在地量化（温州）数据科学有限公司 reviews requests according to the submitted information, service capacity, security and compliance requirements. A request does not guarantee approval and does not create an order or charge. If approved, an invitation or activation instruction is sent to the submitted email.

The invitation may be used only by its recipient or approved organization and may not be sold, rented, publicly distributed, used for bulk registration or used to evade device or regional controls.

2. Scope

The Authorized User plan excludes model fees and includes the listed advanced tools, workflows and up to two devices. Seats, term, permitted use and support for other plans are controlled by the quote, order or contract.

Authorization may have an expiry and offline grace period. Grace is only for short network interruptions and cannot be used to bypass revocation or expiry. Devices can be unbound through the product or support process after appropriate verification.

3. Feedback and messages

Feedback is voluntary. We may use it to improve DMUT but do not acquire ownership of your Project files, trade secrets or proprietary material. Do not include passwords, keys or unrelated personal information. Operational invitation, activation, security, expiry and service-change messages may be sent to the request email; marketing requires a separate basis and opt-out.

4. Suspension, revocation and appeal

Resale, theft, fraud, attack, evasion of device controls, unlawful use or another material risk may result in restricted activation, suspension or revocation after review. Urgent risks may be contained first. Contact invitations@localqds.com to appeal or resolve an incorrect device state. Refunds required by law follow the Subscription, Renewal and Refund Policy.

5. Contact and law

Material changes receive a new version and renewed consent where required. Mainland-China law applies and disputes follow the User Service Agreement.
